GPI Guarantees will undertake for the necessary re-treatment works.

Under GPI Guarantee terms and conditions
if any Rising Damp, Timber treatment, Structural repair or Basement water proofing defect occurs, we will instruct one of our
approved contractors
to visit and treat the entire property as necessary, free of any charge, as detailed in our written Guarantee.
The Guarantee remains valid irrespective of any notifiable transfers of ownership of the property within the unexpired period of cover of the Guarantee.
Need to indemnify an existing guarantee?
The up to 30 Year Protected GPI Guarantee is issued for a small one-off premium payment.
The fundamental strength of our up to 30 Year Protected GPI Guarantee is that it is issued entirely independently of any Manufacturing Company.
We aim to resolve any guarantee claim within 14 days to include a technical Surveyor and comprehensive repairs conducted. Some Guarantee provides take up to a year to provide the same level of repairs.

Monies are held in a separate account to meet any future claims. Being financially viable is so important for a business and provides reassurance to our clients.
GPI Guarantees are issued for terms ranging from 10 years to 30 years. Premiums vary from as little as 3% to 5% of the works contact value Guaranteed.
GPI Guarantee applications
are open to anyone as long as no pre-existing fault or damage is present.
Minimum costs for a GPI Guarantee is £100.00
Importantly 99.9% of all claims are accepted. We are a non profit making organisation. Claims undertaken by our approved network of specialist contractors.
All claims are dealt with by an independent Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institute Of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Our network of Surveyors covers the entire UK Including Northern Ireland.
Our Guarantees are Underwritten on an annual basis by London Underwriters.
The policy has a yearly aggregate limit for claims of £5,000,000.

Guarantees
We provide Guarantees for glazing, roofing, waterproofing, damp and timber treatment, property renovations, loft and building extensions, basement conversions, basement water proofing, garage conversions, structural repairs including underpinning, wall ties and helical bars.
Lasting Support
The Guarantee terms are 10, 20 or 30 years, excluding underground developments which have a fixed term of 10 years. Our Guarantees are offered to the building owner or building contractor. Our guarantees are a fixed fee.
All our guarantees are backed by London Underwriter's.
What we need
You will need to provide drawings of any renovation or development, an invoice showing the cost of the works and the original quotation or specification outlining the scope of works. Once we have this information we will provide a quotation for a fixed term Guarantee.
